    Ring Computing started from humble beginings over a decade ago. We started with only one customer, an Insurance Agency that needed the tools big businesses had been using for years but couldn't afford the price tag.     The Sporting Goods Store: We were referred to a sporting goods store who specialized in working with schools and athletics. As many companies do they relied on older cost accounting and inventory software passing paperwork around in order to get things sold, ordered, delivered, and then invoiced. Under new management they knew they could do better and looked towards Quickbooks.

    Problems: Our competitors quoted $40,000 just for installation using existing processes and monthly maintenance costs of $1,000. We did a more exstensive evaluation (free of charge of course) and realized key problems.
